Lita Ford, all'anagrafe Carmelita Rossanna Ford (Streatham, 19 settembre 1958), è una cantante, chitarrista heavy metal statunitense di origini britanniche. Oltre alla sua carriera musicale, prima con le Runaways e poi come solista, Lita è nota per aver avuto relazioni con svariati personaggi della scena musicale heavy metal. Tra questi, Nikki Sixx dei Mötley Crüe, Tony Iommi dei Black Sabbath, Joe Lynn Turner dei Rainbow, Chris Holmes dei W.A.S.P. e infine con Jim Gillette dei Nitro con cui convive ancora attualmente, e con cui ha avuto due figli.
